1. How long does it take to process my order?
Orders are typically processed within 2–5 business days. Once your order has shipped, you will receive a tracking number via email.
2. How long does shipping take?
Shipping usually takes 3–7 business days within the United States. Delivery times may vary depending on the shipping carrier and your location.
3. Do you accept returns or refunds?
We accept returns on eligible items within 14 days of delivery. Items must be unused and in their original condition. Digital downloads, UV DTF transfers, and custom items are non-refundable.
4. What are UV DTF transfers?
UV DTF transfers are durable adhesive decals that can be applied to hard surfaces such as tumblers, glass, plastic, notebooks, and more. They do not require heat and are easy to apply.
5. Are your digital designs downloadable?
Yes! Digital products are instant downloads available after purchase. Because they are digital files, they are non-refundable.
6. What if my item arrives damaged?
If your order arrives damaged, please contact us within 3 days of delivery with your order number and photos of the item. We will review the issue and work to resolve it.
7. Can I cancel my order?
Orders can only be canceled within 12 hours of purchase if the order has not already been processed.
8. Do you offer custom designs?
Custom designs may be available depending on availability. Please contact us for inquiries about custom requests.
